| Unfortunately,
most web browsers can only read a limited number of fonts. Therefore,
the main text of your pages might be limited to the basics (Ariel, Times,
Courier, Georgia, Verdana, etc). Larger texts that are used for navigation
of the site can have an individualized style to match your personal aesthetic.
I've compiled an assortment of interesting (and basic) fonts that range
from contemporary to retro. The samples here all have a subtle drop-shadow
and "bevel and emboss" effect, which creates a good look for
logos. (Note: those which are displayed only in
CAPS do not have lower case). |
