History:
Craftsman house in historic Irvington, built in 1911.
Was used as an assisted living facility for the past several years... which explains the funkiness of many features (such as handicap railing, padlocked kitchen, sprinkler system)

Mission:
Establish an artists' cooperative living and working space for 5 artists who share some studio spaces, possibility of collaborating on projects. Also a possibility of one room reserved for a travelling/visiting artist. Potential for art classes/workshops, open drawing sessions, musical sessions, performance, dream groups, etc...

Work that needs to be done before move-in:
~ paint all rooms
~ peel up carpet on attic floor, clean residue

Next Priority:
~ replace bathroom sink
~ new tub liners?
~ gardening/landscaping

When we can afford it:
~ cover all kitchen counters with wood or marble
~ nicer kitchen appliances
